2015 to 2019

Five starting points

Architecture school in Surat and Trivandrum. First internships in Goa, Manjeri and Chennai.

2019 to 2022

Learning in practice

Studios and developers across Kerala, Surat, Ahmedabad and Bengaluru: homes, offices, malls and corporate projects.

2022 to 2024

From malls to film sets

A shopping-mall developer in Kerala, a film studio in Mumbai, a design practice in Sharjah, a consultancy in Mumbai.

Autumn 2024

Barcelona

All five of us arrive at the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia, on different programmes: AI for Architecture, Advanced Architecture and 3D Printing Architecture.

2024 to 2025

Learning the tools

Nihal Mannath builds a Graph RAG over building regulations for wall façades. Prashant works on 3D printing in architecture, Nihal Sadique on computational design, Samarth and Sahil on AI for the built environment.

September 2025

Out again

Hamburg, Vienna, Dubai and Surat: AI research at Henning Larsen and City Layers, architecture in Dubai, and the work on SPAIRL in Surat.

2025

Dubai

Nihal Sadique joins an experiential marketing agency as an architect.

2026

New chapters

Nihal Mannath returns to Barcelona to write his thesis on food deserts. Sahil joins Sai Srushti Group in Mumbai to build AEC-tech tools for a PropTech platform.

Today

Four cities, one company

Right now the team works from Surat, Mumbai, Dubai and Barcelona, linked by the same idea.
